I can’t recommend this practice enough. Jacqueline has been absolutely wonderful with our cat, Milo. As a very anxious and worried pet parent (as most of us are!), she has always been patient, reassuring, and incredibly kind. She truly cares for Milo as if he were her own and never once makes me feel like my questions are too much — which means more than she probably realises. The rest of the team are just as lovely: welcoming, supportive, and always happy to help. We’ve received nothing but excellent care from the moment Milo was just a little kitten, and I’m so grateful to have such a compassionate, trustworthy vet practice looking after him. I could not recommend enough.
Read on Google →Staff are amazing from Receptionist to the Nurses and vets. Always fair and got the best and most cost effective prices for my last Dog 5 star treatment. Glad but not glad I don't see them all as much with 2nd dog as Adult. Still the 5 star treatment.
Read on Google →What a wonderful team! We were visiting the area and our Labrador ate a toxic amount of chewing gum. The team quickly helped her and were so clear about next steps and how to monitor her. What a relief!
Read on Google →Had a problem while on holiday with our dog and spoke to Sarah at the Duns practice who was kind and helpful, took all details and arranged an appointment. We then saw Isobel who was thorough gentle and amazing with our dog ( amazing what a biscuit will do!). All sorted and antibiotics given. Always a worry with the unknown and away from home but very efficient and lovely caring staff. Thank you so much Fiona, Keith and Mollie
