Thank you so so much for seeing my hamster brownie today immediately as an emergency. All staff were so kind and understanding as I was very stress and upset and it ment so much to me. He is my best friend and I hope his medication works 🩷🐹🍫
Read on Google →First Vets looked after our 18 year old cat Bonny for the last 6 years and she had regular visits to manage her medical problems ( hyperthyroidism, arthritis and surgery to remove a tumour 2022) so she had a really good quality of life. Unfortunately she became very unwell just before Christmas and we had to take her for the final time. The vet was extremely kind and made sure she didn't suffer. I would like to thank all the staff at the practice for all their care shown over the years. Bonny had a long and happy life.
Read on Google →the best vets in my experience for small animals. i have used first vets on several occasions now for my guinea pigs, the most recent being for an emergency. we were able to get an emergency appointment within half an hour of phoning. the vets are not only knowledgeable but so kind as well. i have experienced different vets surgeries in the past who are afraid of small animals or have refused to touch them but nothing compares to the care both my guinea pig and i received at first vets. the vet we saw talked us through our options and didn’t make us feel rushed to make a decision. unfortunately, my guinea pig was put down but they handled her with dignity and respect, wrapping her in a clean blanket for me to take her home in. i must also praise the reception staff as well, who were so genuinely kind and compassionate. we were so very well looked after on a truly awful evening, i really am grateful to have such a knowledgeable and caring vet practice in my area.
Read on Google →FirstVets are awesome. They saved our Penny’s life when she was hit at six months old with Addisons Disease, and helped us heal our Luna - despite initially thinking she might need to be put down. They regularly care for our girls; Penny can’t wait to get inside the vets to say hello to all the nurses. She cries until everyone has said hello to her, and the nurses even have their own pet name for her. Luna is a little less excited 😅😂 but she receives excellent care and has learned that not all vets are scary and that she gets cared for and loved too.
Read on Google →Had the best experience at First Vets in Aldridge. I saw veterinary Justinas in clinic for my girly rat Luna, he diagnosed her with a mammory tumour and performed surgery to remove the mass. His work was amazing, her stitches were so neat and her wound has healed so well like she never even had surgery. I can definitely put my trust in him and he will be the vet I will go too if i need veterinary help in the future. Couldn’t be more grateful for him treating my baby 🐀 😊.
