  What a wonderful, empathetic and professional team. Firstly, Jordon gave us all the advice we needed when i was upset, lovely that care is there for the owners as well as the pets and gave me out of hours help. As my cat was upset Riley very nicely changed our appointment for 2 houts later the next day. Vet Thomas saved my cat Puds by picking up on what the out of hours vets in Romford vets for pets did not. After excellent care, and saving Puds he is back to himself, I have alot of gratitude and so does Puds. Keep doing what you do. Amazing 😻😻😻😻

  Took my German Shepard here Saturday for an emergency appointment as his stomach was seriously swollen and could see the amount of pain he was in. The vet checked him said it was definitely gastro and gave him morphine and an anti sickness injection that I paid £95 for. Turns out he was rushed to another vets out of hours he had GDV and needed operating on immediately as his stomach was twisting along with his spline, intestines, bowel and basically dying! I was informed by the other vets by just his stomach this should have definitely been picked up at earlier appointment and at very least ruled out! My dog was literally dying lost 2kg in the space of 10 hours and these jabs masked the pain as he was out of it for the day until it wore off and I could see no improvement so then rushed to another vet! No stars if I could put that! Complete waste of time

  I recently took my dog in for a spaying operation, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the care and professionalism shown by the entire team. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, reassuring, and clearly dedicated to the wellbeing of every animal that comes through their doors. Jordan, the veterinary nurse took the time to explain the procedure in detail, answering all my questions and putting my mind at ease. It’s never easy leaving your pet for surgery, but I felt confident she was in safe hands. They kept me updated throughout the day, which made a big difference. After the operation, I was given clear aftercare instructions and advice, and they made sure I understood everything before we left. My dog recovered smoothly, and it was clear the surgery that was carried out by Thomas, the veterinary surgeon, had been carried out with great skill and care. I really appreciated the compassion and attention shown not just to my dog, but to me as a worried owner too. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this practice to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring veterinary surgery.

  Extremely disappointing experience. I brought in an injured cat that was dragging its leg and clearly suffering. I explained that the cat was not mine and had been neglected by its owner, and I brought him in purely out of concern for his welfare. I was not asking for free treatment. I simply wanted the cat to at least be checked to make sure he was safe and not in immediate danger. However, they didn’t even examine him or assess his condition. I was told nothing could be done without payment, and there was no attempt to check on the animal’s welfare at all. It was incredibly upsetting to see a veterinary practice show no urgency or compassion in a situation where an animal was visibly injured and suffering. I left feeling completely let down. I would not recommend.

  2 of my shar pei dog’s have had entropion surgery with Tomas. And have had amazing results. There eyes are perfect and they are both so much happier in themselves. Thank you all again especially Tomas. I highly recommend this vets if you are nervous about leaving your pets. They are well looked after here.
