We have visited Dragon Vets with our current Jack Russell, Dougal and his predecessor, Archie. On every occasion, we have received a friendly and professional welcome. Archie was poorly in his final years but we had complete confidence in the care he was given. When the end finally came, the vet was so considerate and reassuring. We really appreciated her understanding. Dougal, now 8, is a healthy happy little fellow but it is great to have 6 monthly checkups (included in our care plan) just in case we have missed anything! We are really happy to strongly recommend Dragon Vets.

Absolutely incredible, wish I could give more stars! Not only did they save my dogs life, the whole team were wonderful. My dog was lucky enough to be chosen for a special grant which paid for half of her life saving surgery and after care. My gorgeous young collie would not be alive if it weren’t for the amazing vets and vet nurses at dragon vets. I’ll be forever grateful!

I have so many good things to say about Dragon Vets! My beloved dog Ella had a knee injury and needed surgery! I was a nervous wreck about the whole thing! Thanks to Dragon Vets that nervousness quickly disappeared! The care my dog has received has been EXCEPTIONAL! She is recovering very well thanks to this wonderful clinic! Daisy and her team are so helpful, patient, and understanding, which makes all the difference both to my dog and me the owner! I also want to note that Ella was not a fan of vet visits, but after being cared for by Daisy, Charlotte and Ella she is actually excited to go to the vet now! It is such a relief for me to know that she’s in such caring, capable hands! The team is incredibly professional whilst also being genuinely kind and caring—Ella feels it, and so do I! I’m beyond grateful that I made the decision to switch from our previous vet to Dragon Vets. I have full confidence that Ella will receive the best care here for the rest of her life! Thank you so much, Dragon Vets! WOOF WOOF! 🐾

We've been taking our dog Bramble to Dragon Vets since we got her in Feb 2016. We've always been very impressed by the customer service/crate side manner off all the staff at Dragon Vets and have always recommended them when people have asked which veterinary practice we go to. I joined Dragon Vets not just because they're very close to us (we live near the racecourse) but because they have the Medicare out of hours 24 hours a day veterinary surgery on their premises, which in an emergency is invaluable. I highly recommend them.

Louisa was so caring about Sam (who she has seen before on several occasions, including operating on him following one of his numerous chaotic adventures)! Sam had a super thorough 'MOT' to check his heart and lungs as we have been worried about him coughing. Louisa identified a probable cause quickly and gave me advice about keeping a record of his coughing and to alert the surgery quickly if any deterioration. Sam also had his librella injection which we hope means he is 'bionic' again in a few days and can run with his younger 'brother' and 'sister'. Thank you. Sam and I left feeling reassured and Sam feeling more comfortable inspite of his arthritis!
