Vet and vetinary nurse are lovely. However, trying to get an appointment for a health check for my cat is ridiculous! I received the reminder text, asking me to make an appointment and I'm trying to do that, but only 2 prebookable appointments in almost 3 weeks! Vet only available for 3 hours on Tuesday morning or 4 hours on Wednesday afternoon, that's completely ridiculous. What kind of service is that if you're registered with the Whitfield surgery and can't or don't want to go to Folkestone? Are they trying to make their clients travel to Folkestone? Certainly not service at all being offered to Whitfield clients. Best advice was to keep ringing on Tuesday and Wednesday mornings and I'd hopefully be given an emergency appointment! Pretty dreadful service. Seems abundantly clear they need another vet. That's if they're not trying to drive everyone to Folkestone, of course....

First visit today, with our 15 month old staffie. Due to covid-19, they took him inside for his injection and check up. He is a very lively and nervous dog, but they handled him well. Would recommend.
