  These guys are great vets, excellent service but I had to pay 90 quid for eye drops that are 36 quid via online vet, I had to look twice to see if they were wearing masks, that just cannot be justified, sorry.

  My dog was feeling a bit under the weather, so I had to take him for a checkup. The staff at DG Thatcham were lovely, especially the vet who checked him over. We came out from the appointment feeling reassured and with some medication that was cheaper than expected. Thank you!

  Very new to being a pet dad, phoned with a list of questions about setting up a health plan, neutering and all the rest and Karen clearly and concisely walked me through the whole lot, I felt very at ease and not at all the bother I was expecting to be for her despite my own incoherencey! Very glad to have this team as my local branch!

  Fantastic vets, I have three cats who go there and they are always so helpful. They go out of their way to help and are really understanding, easy to get an appointment and never have to wait long which is good when you have car hating cats! They were really good and supportive during lockdown when one of cats was super sick and made sure she was taken care of! Couldn’t recommend highly enough!

  Absolutely brilliant vets and staff. They did everything they could to save our dog, sadly it wasn't to be. They were really supportive to us throughout the entire terrible time. Cant praise them enough.
