  I would highly recommend this clinic. It was a very stressful time when my cat, Keto, injured his paw, but the team made the experience so much easier. All of the receptionists were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and Marcella was warm, compassionate, and genuinely cared about Keto’s wellbeing. They explained everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and gave us different treatment options so we could make an informed decision. I’m very grateful for the excellent care they provided.

  Westhorne Vets are absolutely amazing. I have a very anxious rescue dog who, when we first arrived, couldn’t be examined at all. With the incredible support of the whole team – and especially Leanne – he has gone from a dog who was anxious to one who can now be examined. It’s not perfect yet, but we’re making real progress. A huge part of this success comes from the regular “happy visits” they encouraged, where he pops in just for treats, cuddles and reassurance. These visits have helped him build trust in a safe and positive way. The professionalism, patience and genuine care the entire team has for the animals they see is truly fantastic. I am incredibly grateful for their experience, expertise, and kindness. Thank you all – you’ve made such a difference to both of us.

  I cannot thank the team enough for how they handled my rescue dog, Dexter. Dexter is incredibly nervous and can be very difficult at vets on our first visit, he was too stressed for them to safely take bloods or clip his nails. ​The patience the staff showed was outstanding. They arranged to sedate him two days later to keep him calm and safe. Since I had to work, they even offered to keep him for the entire day to look after him and didn't even charge me for the stay. ​What really blew me away was how Dexter was afterward. Not only was he well-cared for, but he was amazing—he actually took a real liking to the staff! For a nervous rescue to show that kind of affection after a vet visit says everything about the care he received. The whole staff was brilliant, professional, and so compassionate. I am definitely staying with this vet as Dexter's final and long time place of care :)

  I can’t say enough good things about the veterinary care my dog received. From the moment we walked in, the staff was kind, attentive, and made us feel completely at ease. The vets took the time to really listen, explain everything clearly, and treated with so much patience and compassion. It’s obvious they truly care about the animals they work with, not just medically but emotionally too. My dog snoop was comfortable and well cared for, and that meant everything to me. I left feeling confident, reassured, and incredibly grateful. I’m so happy with the care we received and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a veterinary team they can trust

  I just wanted to say how very pleased we are at the decision to use Westhorne veterinary surgery, after recently rescuing a little dog that is very nervous and vocal, unfortunately she needed help as an emergency and was seen straight away by the staff who were waiting for us, after immediate care we could not believe it was the same dog that walked out with the Vet the Service and the staff was 2nd to none we are so pleased we chose to take our dog there after many years at our previous vets we are glad we made the change with our new dog. Thank you to everybody for the treatment the dog received Comes highly recommended. Even a follow up courtesy call which we have never had before to see how Ruby is
