  Amazing experience. We had had a bad experience at another vets, which made our dog anxious and fearful. We saw Stephie Walmsley, who was absolutely amazing, gave the time giving attention to our dog to reassure him and asked lots of questions about him and his background. Showed a really caring nature. Dereham vets isn’t our closest option, but they were recommended to us and we couldn’t be happier with the service we received.

  Fantastic service very nice friendly I was scared because my dog was having a small procedure I was kept informed and she was well looked after always nice friendly greeting when you go in I would highly recommend

  We moved to Dereham Vets as we had a vastly inferior service from our previous vets who were completely disorganised and inefficient. Dereham Vets are a breath of fresh air and have proven to be exceptional in all aspects of their work. On one occasion when we bought our beloved Serena in as she was seriously unwell, they went over and above the call of duty to get her transferred over to a specialist vet in Newmarket that same day. Sadly we lost our precious Serena. Dereham vets sent us a touching bereavement card. The staff from receptionists, to the nurses and vets are compassionate and caring and it is so evident upon every single visit I make to the surgery!! Thank you 🙏🏼. Can 100% recommend!!!
