Absolutely cannot fault these vets at all. From the very first contact following our referral, the receptionist was amazing — keeping me fully informed, organising everything the same day, and even helping with the insurance when I was too overwhelmed with my sick dog. The vet herself was incredible with my large very nervous dog, Marley. She told me to let him off lead through our consultation which helped him stay calm while in the room, something he previously would not be able to do. She also turned her back to him and allowed him to approach her in his own time, which completely took the pressure off him. That small but very thoughtful gesture made such a huge difference and helped both Marley and me feel so much calmer. When Marley was diagnosed, everything was explained so clearly and kindly, and they even gave me pictures of his scans to take home so I could fully understand what was going on. The vet kept me informed of any price changes as the level of treatment needed increased, which I really appreciated. They also called me to help keep Marley calm as he was waking up from his procedure, knowing how anxious he is, and both the vet and vet nurses checked in on me and made sure everything was as it should be. The care, patience and compassion shown throughout were outstanding. My dog is now on the road to recovery thanks to this amazing team, and I cannot thank you all enough ❤️🐾

We have been referred to Dental Vets for dental work on our Scottie puppy dog. They have performed two operations so far. The expertise and care is excellent and the outcome was successful. Thanks to Dental Vets in Haddington and in particular to Paik Koh, the attending specialist dental vet.

Our dog had multiple fractured teeth due to chewing things not for chewing, so we got a referral by our vet to DentalVets. Everyone from the vet to the nurses and receptionists were extremely nice and knowledgeable. They emanated love towards all animals, and our dog received great care during her stay. Being such a specialist treatment provider there aren't many options in Scotland but I am glad everyone at DentalVets was so nice. Thank you.

Nice clean waiting area with very helpful reception staff member. Everything explained well during initial consultation with all questions asked and procedures explained very well. Felt in good hands and very reassured the vet was very experienced in their work and very knowledgeable. My dog felt calm and happy being admitted and was happy still when collected at end of day. Felt very supported throughout. Would highly recommend for any dental or maxio-facial work. Excellent facilities and staff.
