  Been going here for over 12yrs now. Staff are excellent. Helped with claiming when insurance messed things up, even though they had already been payed.

  This vet practice has gone downhill. They were good before the new team took over pre-2020, but now the vets look disinterested and explain things poorly. The receptionists are more interested in chatting when their friends come in than paying attention to customers or the welfare of the pets. The vets also seem to take the long route when treating your pet just to get the most money out of you. They are owned by their Pets at Home overlords, meaning they are more interested in profit than actual pet care. ​I changed to an independent vet, and what a breath of fresh air! They solved the problem straight away, were very informative, and showed genuine care for my pet. Everything was excellent—from the first point of contact with the receptionists and the diagnosis from the vet, to the aftercare from the nurses after my pet's surgery. I am so glad I changed vets.

  Had to visit over the last few weeks with our Bulldog Bernie, for his knee and eye. We can't thank all the staff enough for a fantastic service. Reception staff always welcoming and vets Ryan and Amy have worked wonders. We appreciate all you do.

  I would like to sincerely thank this amazing veterinary clinic for the wonderful care they gave my cat during her spay surgery. From the very beginning, the team was kind, professional, and truly caring. They treated my cat with so much love and attention, and they made sure she was comfortable and safe throughout the entire process. What touched my heart the most was not only the excellent medical care, but also their understanding and support regarding the payment. They kindly helped me with the cost, which meant so much to me. I am deeply grateful for their compassion, dedication, and genuine care. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for taking such good care of my cat.   I cannot praise the staff at this surgery enough. From the bottom of my heart from the advice over the phone, the time they gave me and my children. The thoroughness of the nurse when examining Fudge. The care they showed for our Fudge who sadly was put to sleep. The whole staff were truly amazing. They reassured my daughter who was very worried and made me feel at ease when it came to the dreaded day. Thank you from myself, Kieron, Layla and Emily.
