  The staff were very kind and understanding. Took their time in listening to my cats problem and when going to investigate his situation explained everything. My cat was very feisty and they took their time to get results. Excellent all round

  I started with another commercial vet in Crowborough and my experience was horrific 😢 Culverden Crowborough have exceeded my expectations. I have had a personal and cared for experience where I know my animals are loved as if their own. Emergencies have not been too much trouble and I am truly grateful. I wholeheartedly recommend this practice.

  We’ve always found the vets and staff here to be friendly, caring, and genuinely helpful, which makes a real difference when you’re dealing with a worrying situation. That said, I do think there’s room for improvement around transparency of charges and ensuring clear value for money. At times, the diagnosis has felt a little vague, which can lead to additional tests that may not always feel necessary and can quickly increase costs. A more pragmatic, clearly explained approach to diagnosis and treatment options would go a long way in building even greater trust. Overall, a good practice with a great team—just needs a bit more clarity and openness on costs and decision-making.

  Amazing care and saw our cat so quickly. Fairly priced compared to many other vets. All the staff were so wonderful! Highly recommend!!!
