Joined this vets by friend of a friend recommendation great at first no complaints or concerns at all, until my dog became very ill and collapsed with heat stroke, after trying to cool him down he was at the practice for just over an hour and as they were closing I was told they couldn't care for him as the staff was going home, so I had to take him home even though he still had a temperature of 42c !..all I was told on putting him in my car was if he gets any worse by 9pm take him to the pet 24hr hospital.. in less than 18hours I had lost my beloved 4 year old French bulldog !..the hospital said my dog should never of been moved and should not of been told to take him home especially with a temperature that high he should of been sent straight to the vet hospital,if correct procedures had of been followed my dog would of had a chance of pulling through,it was sheer negligence on the vet who treated him and the owner who never apologised or showed any remorse !..not to mention how broken hearted we all are and that he's no longer in our lives, think very carefully if you are thinking of joining this practice all they are interested in is your money not the well being of your animal they are a disgrace and not to be trusted !.

Proper old-fashioned, no nonsense veterinary care!! All staff are lovely. Graham is a wonderful and professional vet. They don't over charge like the bigger conglomerate practices. Plus they don't try to sell you stuff you don't need. So glad I have all my pets registered there.
