Recently changed from Companion Care to Vets4Pets, Receptionists are quite blunt and unfriendly. Have visited there twice now & both appointments are 20 minutes late, with no one sat in the waiting room?

So at lunchtime today I got around to booking my dog in for his annual boosters. No problem says the receptionist, clearly interested in getting a customer, we can do it this afternoon. We agreed on 15:40. I arrived just ahead of time and booked in. The vet area was deserted so I’m thinking that’s good, won’t be long. After chuntering to the dog, who was getting every bit as impatient as me, the receptionist says haven’t you been seen yet! Anyway after 20 minutes being kept waiting we are finally invited in to the inner sanctum of the consulting room. I ask the vet why the delay, she had no explanation! I accept one has to wait their turn when things are busy but there is absolutely no excuse when one is the only one in the surgery. Not at all impressed!

Overall service fell way short of what I would expect from a veterinary service only saving grace was the lovely lady on reception

Recently received first class service with the most loving kindness, help, quality care and understanding from all staff at companion Care, Tamworth. It was a most dreaded time saying goodbye to a treasured pet of nearly 17 years made more bearable by the care received, Thank you . Missing you so much our Ruby, xxx 6 weeks after this most awful time we were faced again with losing our other baby our beautiful boy Dylan aged 12 years 💙Oh my goodness what an awful time we had but yet again Companion Care Tamworth were just outstanding ! Reassuring words needed which I received via telephone from Laura think it is , who has been at Ventura since Ruby was a pup and dealt with Ruby & Dylan over the years, Thank you for much needed hugs and genuine understanding . Miss them both so much and even now almost a year later the odd tears still flow 💙💖

My cat Attila came home limping, we have only recently moved to the area. I googled vets and called this vets first and they saw Attila in less than an hour. The vet was polite and checked Attila over. Easy, friendly polite service.
