  My dog needed to have his 6 monthly drug review. Had an appointment with Natalie Nora the vet. She was absolutely brilliant. So patient and kind with Arlo who is never at his best at the vet. All of the staff are so lovely

  This week was a big week for the furry family, Loki the kitten got neutered, senior dog Charlie got her Librella and boosters and Luna the cat had an accident on way for her boosters needing an emergency bath when we arrived! Huge thank you to Matt for Loki on Monday and my other 2 today. Always professional and compassionate. And Jess thank you so much for sorting Luna out, we know she is a handful and it was much appreciated. And Natalie for always being a friendly face on arrival, Charlie loves coming to see you! And we cannot forget Laura who does the magic with insurance. Thank you everyone you are an awesome team!

  I have consistently used vets4pets for the 9 years I’ve had my rescue cat Tilly. We’ve just moved to the Hall Rd branch due to a house move (our 3rd branch) and I am so pleased with the choice.   They were able to fit Biscuit in the same day, and it was a fairly painless experience getting him registered. I was most delighted by how friendly and caring the vets seemed with my boy; they held him so gently and seemed to really care about what they do. My appointment last week and this evening where both very stress free experiences, and I was made to feel my pets where in very capable hands.
