The worst veterinarian in the UK. Rude, blaming the owner, using fear tactics about diseases, rushing the appointment, and treating both the animal and the human being with complete disrespect. Only interested in pushing the most expensive medications and making money. I will never return to this clinic again.

I wholeheartedly recommend this clinic. The doctor takes care of my two cats and I know they are in the best possible hands. Outstanding knowledge, experience and a very clear, professional approach – a true master of his profession. The veterinary assistant is an absolute angel, kind and caring, and the reception staff are always friendly, helpful and welcoming. An amazing team you can trust completely.

Should be a 0 stars review for mr. Roman and his lack of competence and care, but the reception staff and the nurse were always nice and polite, so it is not the lowest, only thanks to the other members of staff.
