  This veterinary practice is very expensive over their consultation fee at now over £70!!! Also, I was shocked in one consultation over how Roman rolled his eyes at me on two occasions when I told him about a free online consultation I had with a vet over my cats’ illness instead of welcoming efforts I had made to get help for my cats from another qualified vet like he is!!! Also, they are a little blasé, lacking empathy and detached when euthanising my cats when this is the worst possible experience a pet owner can expect to go through. On another occasion, I was told I had a free consultation in a WhatsApp message by them but Magda forgot about it when she asked me to pay for the consultation and became defensive and tried to excuse this lapse when I reminded her, explaining the “…vet is very busy…”!!! Another member of staff over-charged me for a written prescription and I had to prove to them that it was told earlier what the price was!!!

  I am so grateful for the amazing care my dogs received. The vet and the whole team were kind, compassionate and professional. They treated my dogs with such care and made a stressful situation much easier. Thank you for looking after my dogs so well. I highly recommend this practice. 🐾❤️

  This company took almost 900 pounds out of my bank account by mistake the payment was supposed to be £50. That amount of money taken from me caused me so much stress I cried because I was so worried I wouldn't be able to pay my bills or feed my kids. The bank said it could take 3days. Thankfully it took only 1 day but I was so worried that whole time and I asked only for 20pounds discount on my vet bill and they have refused. Sorry I took all your money.

  Staff are incredibly friendly and efficient. Our pup had a spay, booked short notice, with no problem. They offer great aftercare and advice. She's pretty much fully recovered after 10 days. They're not particularly local to us but the journey is worth it for service and care we get.

  I wholeheartedly recommend this clinic. The doctor takes care of my two cats and I know they are in the best possible hands. Outstanding knowledge, experience and a very clear, professional approach – a true master of his profession. The veterinary assistant is an absolute angel, kind and caring, and the reception staff are always friendly, helpful and welcoming. An amazing team you can trust completely.
