This week we lost our much loved pony Rhia to a colic which proved in the end to be impossible to cure. Neaera attended twice in quick succession and gave her the best care possible even after this horrible event stretched into the night. My daughter who had grown up with this pony, Rhia was 36, was in bits and needed a whole lot of gentle persuasion to let her go. Neaera gave her so much time and treated Rhia so gently and with care and respect even past the time she left this life. I cannot thank you enough Neaera, you made an impossible situation possible and bearable and our whole family are very grateful to you.
