Arrived yesterday with my puppy Willow, as a 1st time puppy owner i was anxious. But everyone made you feel welcome and fussed over her. I was at ease when I asked questions to the vetinary nurse, everything was explained thoroughly. The reception staff where very helpful and explained the care plan step by step. I would highly recommend Clifton Lodge.

I can’t recommend Clifton Lodge Veterinary Horden highly enough. All of the staff have always shown nothing but respect, compassion, care, and understanding during some very difficult times. I know everyone is doing their job, but Christo was exceptionally kind, empathetic, and it was clear that he genuinely cared for Ted and this was very comforting for me. Even after Ted passed, Louise has continued to be there for me, offering ongoing support and kindness when it was needed most. The care we received went far beyond professionalism; it was deeply human, and I will always be grateful for that.

I’ve got probably one of the most awkward dogs in the world, he don’t want something to happen then it won’t. Bertie my beloved Bassett Hound doesn’t like the vet, he has some sort of phobia is the way I can explain it. Here they showed compassion, patience and care towards Bertie. He’s had the male operation and jabs here every time he gave them and me a hard time. Eventually they persevered to do what needed to be done. He actually came out wagging his tail the little ….. It’s a lovely place very friendly, tell you exactly what’s going on, what they need to do. From the Receptionists to the nurses and vets all very friendly, I certainly would recommend. I feel confident that Bertie is getting the best care.
