  The receptionist was incredibly welcoming both on the phone and in person, creating a warm impression. The vet was impressively efficient and had a soothing demeanor with both dogs, which really put everyone at ease. The dogs received their boosters, kennel cough, along with flea and worm treatment to be taken at home, all completed smoothly. I was pleasantly surprised to realize I was on Pet Health Plan, doh. so there were no charges—I really appreciated that. Overall, a fantastic experience.

  I was advised to buy clorogen eye drops at £23. On returning home and out of curiosity I checked the price online, and it is £4.59. I immediately tried to return the medication less than 10 minutes after buying them, unopened and unused. I was told they would not give me a refund. I obviously paid for the consultation and am happy to pay the market price for drugs, but 500% on what is openly available is extortionate and quite simply a rip off! My advice, check the price of suggested medication before buying them.

  I can't recommend Clevedale vets enough. Everyone is welcoming and friendly. Each time I visit for Orion or Jett I am put at ease and offered a quiet waiting space for my cats. Thank you especially to our lovely vet Emily for taking the time to answer my questions and to explain everything and for the kindness she shows not only to our pets but to us too. The staff here (like vet nurse Becks and Kate) make this place somewhere I am confident to bring my beloved pets. I only recently joined this practice and I so glad I have.
