So we started using the grooming service there for our dogs and was impressed with the staff so when we bought our rabbit we started using the vets as well. We now have our puppy with them and it’s been a fantastic service. I’d recommend to anyone who has a pet to go here. The cost is reasonable and I took out a yearly plan to include injections, flea treatment and worming, well worth it in my opinion!

Very friendly and caring staff. They’ve looked after our little Pomeranian several times and have also been great with our new sugar glider. We’re really happy with the level of care and attention our animals receive whenever they visit. The team are always welcoming, professional, and genuinely seem to care about the wellbeing of the pets they look after. Highly recommended.

Thank you to Pawel and the team for your understanding and compassion when our beautiful bunny had to say his last goodbyes. You made the difficult decision bearable and receiving a condolence card with forget me not seeds was such a compassionate and thoughtful thing to do. Thank you 🐰

We have recently moved over to Clacton vets for pets, from a negative experience at a past practice our dogs didn’t take well going to the vets, from our 2 recent visits here we saw Pawel the first visit and he was friendly and patient with our dogs, the 2nd visit we saw Hati and she was also very patient and lovely, At the end of the appointment she sat with our larger dog and spoke to him and rewarded him with treats which was lovely to see him happy and calm at the end. The receptionist team have also been helpful, we really appreciate everyone’s manner and patience, and we definitely feel more at ease bringing our dogs to see the vets now. Thankyou for making the past visits a more positive experience
