They are not the cheapest but they are the best. I totally trust them with all of my animals (dogs cats horses). They have performed very successful complicated orthopaedic surgery on our cat, are very kind and compassionate

Rosie has been utterly incredible this week with our 11 year old rescue boy Ollie. He’s extremely nervous at the vets & can be reactive. Nothing has been too much trouble. We’ve had several calls & lots of reassurance so felt fully relaxed dropping him off for his operation today. We were given relaxation tablets to give him at home ahead of his appointment, and were allowed to keep him in the car until the very last minute. We’ve used Chine for 20+ years & wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thank you to Rosie, the nurses & all the staff on reception for making a difficult situation go so well! Chocolates on the way!!

I've always had good experiences with Chine House vets. The staff are always very friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. I was here recently for my puppy's second lot of jabs and the vet was very helpful and happy to answer all the questions I had about how to keep my puppy safe, despite the fact she'd had a busy and stressful morning so far. I've used this vets before for my adult greyhound and they've always been just as helpful, understanding and I trust their care and knowledge. For the level of care they offer the prices aren't too bad either

Chine House always delivers a professional Service from Reception to Vet Consultation. Clients feel like their pets are treated as individuals and not just a number and all staff are very helpful, friendly, approachable and empathetic. My elderly dog has just had an emergency overnight admission and I was reassured that he was well looked after as I was given regular updates on his condition and he was discharged feeling much better after intensive treatment overnight. I have been with Chine House for over 45 years now and I have never been disappointed with the expert advice/ care given to my pets/ animals. I fully recommend the great team. Sally Plant
