We know are precious pets are in good hands, especially the vet Sam. She helped us through two heartbreaking situations and is now treating our 'new' 9 year old addition. Big thanks.

When I took my elderly rabbit for his latest.booster vaccination, he had a small lump under his tummy and I was worried that somw radical treatment might be advised. However, the vet was very kind and agreed with me that, since he is in otherwise good health, we should leave well alone. Notwithstanding his advanced age, he is still very strong but she managed to trim his claws without bloodshed - either his or ours! Very pleased.

If you need any travel documentation, do yourself a favour and avoid this practice. In my experience, they created far more stress and confusion than they resolved, and I left feeling completely overwhelmed. To make matters worse, the quoted cost for the EHC was over £250, which only added to the frustration. I also found some members of the reception team difficult to deal with—while not everyone was unhelpful, there were definitely a couple of interactions that left a lot to be desired. The only consistently positive experience I had was with Derya, who was genuinely fantastic and a credit to the practice. For anyone needing travel documentation, I strongly recommend going to PassPets instead. They were more affordable in my case and seemed far more knowledgeable and straightforward to deal with.

We visited for our dog’s annual check up and vaccinations. The vet who we hadn’t seen before was friendly, professional and was thorough. He talked us through all the examination and was gentle with our rescue dog. We found this vet gave us confidence in his handling of our dog.
