My dog was unwell after helping himself to a cheese platter! I was quite worried about him but I felt so much confidence in Claudia and the rest of the team, they were really calm and thorough and he went from quite poorly to back to his normal happy self in a short space of time. I'm so happy to put my trust in them and that makes all the difference in stressful times. Whilst in the waiting room I noticed how great they dealt with such difficult situations and I really appreciate how much hard work must go into this. Much thanks and gratitude to you for making such a difference 🙏 ⭐️

I've been using this independent practice for over 7 years but unfortunately the consult price has gone up from £51 to £60 in 9 months. That's nearly 20% which massively beats the national 3.8% inflation! Not sure how they can justify this hike. Recent visit for an ongoing dog knee issue resulted in an attempted upsell of a teeth cleaning operation and a 'definite' diagnosis of wobbly teeth when the (new) vet Darna saw his teeth from afar as he isn't a dog who allows mouth examination! She also wants to do a urine test for Loxicom BEFORE 6 months of use, which is different to my other dog who has the same medicine and didn't need a test of any sort before prescription or at 6 months of use, from another vet at the practice. He shows no sign of kidney or liver problems, just pain from luxating patellas, and is 2yrs younger than my other dog. This has totally upset my sense of trust with the practice and I will be looking at moving my dogs to another practice.

They are the most marvellous vets. Looking after my aged cat with knowledge and compassion. The reception staff are friendly and accommodating .

We moved our 4 Cocker Spaniels to Chichester Vets 2.5 years ago and have never regretted our move. They have seen us through a few hairy moments over our time with them, but our most recent really stands out. The compassion and empathy they have given us, with the loss of our beloved Fearn, who at 9 years old was too young, has provided us with such comfort. Each and every one of the team took their time to generally care about Fearn’s and our needs, it wasn’t staged, wasn’t out of duty, it was out of their caring nature. Fearn was so poorly, but she wasn’t frightened, she still had a wiggle bottom, she felt safe. We want to say a very special thank you to Amanda, whose meaningful hugs meant the world to me and to Lisa, who treated Fearn like the special girl she was. I’m a bit rubbish with names, but everyone that helped Fearn and us were amazing and thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Love Syd, Rich and our mad gang x
