This vets is very professional, and I dont have any specific problems with it other than it always seemed more friendly and certainly cheaper before it became part of a giant corporate / group. Very rarely do big take overs result in actually becoming better for the actual clients / patients. However, as I said previously, no actual complaints, and the last visit with the cat the other day was very thorough and professional.
Read on Google →Spacious seating area with a section for dogs and another for cats. All staff were very nice and thoughtfull towards my dog fur baby Tyson, me and my daughter. Explained everything in the appointment very well for me to understand. Air-con, fresh water when needed, gave treats. Spacious car park. Didn't use but does have toilet for us humans. Morrisons shop opposite. Couldn't fault in any way. Thank you to all for a pleasant visit.

Really pleasant for the service received. Price totally fair, and staff very friendly as well. Amazing care for our family pets. Totally recommend
Read on Google →Extremely disappointed with this practice. I had a recent recurrent issue with my elderly dog to which I was told that the medication that helped sort the issue last time couldn't be given as I had no urine sample with me, although one wasn't requested over the phone. The compassion and bedside manner from the Vet who attended the appointment was quite frankly disgusting. The comment was made that "the last few years of all old dogs, are always rubbish", was thoughtless and delivered without sensitivity. I have never been in a consulting room and felt so overpowered by not being able to get a word in edgeways either. So all in all I was sent away with nothing to help our much love dog struggling. I had used Chapelfield for all my Equines for some years when Wherry Vets transferred all their clients over to them, due to them changing to small pets only. I was with Chapelfield for a number of years but their ever hiking charges was getting ridiculous so I moved them to a new equine vet practice who I am saving a high amount of money with. So hence I have now removed myself from their books completely as have my family members. 8 Dogs in total. Although I have no doubt this is just a few small fish in a very large pond to them!!
