The vet who put my cat to sleep today was brilliant and so comforting in reassuring us about our choice and how he was not suffering, would highly recommend him for the comfort in such a hard time

That is my family member, HOW DARE YOU?! You have caused so much pain by delaying her. Do not go here at all unless you want more suffering along with putting your pet to sleep with them.

Absolutely useless. My cat sat dead in there freezer for 9 days without bothering to contact me! All his microchip info was up to date and none of the staff could give me an answer to why they never got in touch.

  • Alistair & Mark at Buchan are two of the best vets Iv ever met. Both have given huge time & care on several separate occasions to my rescue dog who can be very fearful & reactive as a result of his fear. They both have been extremely sensitive to his needs and taken the best care when examining him and treating him. So professional and I felt in the best hands. The whole team are caring & lovely. Thank you

Absolutely brilliant vet clinic. Staff are wonderful, calm and friendly. Very caring and we feel safe handing our animals over to be examined while owners can't accompany them in the pandemic. We always feel comfortable asking questions and despite what I'm sure are significant time constraints, the vets always make sure we leave feeling informed. Also worthy of praise are the reception staff who are skilled artists in keeping panicking owners (me) calm in emergencies. We are very glad to have moved into the area covered by this practice.
