This was the 2nd visit, the 1st being a week earlier, and once again I am completely satisfied with the way the vet treated my dog, a fairly timid girl who calmed down and didn't even rush to leave! He explained all that he was doing/considering yesterday and if the problem persists. I feel well informed and happy with the whole service, the reception staff are welcoming and very pleasant. All in all a good experience.

Taking an animal to the vet is something I would normally find incredibly daunting and upsetting however the staff here at Bowbridge have always been kind and friendly. The vet who examined my little dog last Thursday (I’m afraid I didn’t get his name) was simply excellent and was very interested and understanding. Clearly very knowledgeable and with a lovely delivery of information. I’ve always had very positive experiences here.

My wee dog died last week - he was of an age - but Bowbridge Vets took the trouble to send me a card which I really appreciated. Thankfully I did not have to visit too often but they always managed to fit us in and were really helpful and encouraging. Pricing very reasonable for these days and was never pressed to take more than needed. Sound advice, practical and realistic.

Can’t praise Bowbridge Vets highly enough, especially Mr Brand, for the immensely kind & compassionate way all my domestic pets & wildlife have been treated. A rare gem of a practice. Very highly recommended.
