Staff are willing to help carry goods to your car. This is a big plus for me having a dodgy shoulder and and a walking stick in my good hand

Always great when I take my anxious dog for visits and even more so now as he has to have regular visits for his arthritis.

Whilst I was very happy with the service from Squires Gate, I suddenly needed emergency services out of hours. Rang Vets at 18.50, last vet had gone at 18.30. Emergency out of hours services start at 19.00 in BLACKBURN 40 minute drive! Very sadly I lot my little girl, so I have changed Veterinary practices to The Veterinary Health Clinic which is 15 minutes drive by car.

Charlotte on reception was very polite and helpful in the advice she gave me around my Frenchie's (Dandee) and the insurance policy. I think I called her maybe 4 times and she was very patient with me and had very good knowledge Thank you for all your help.

I just wanted to thank the whole team for their kindness and care. I have never owned cats before, however the team have been able to give me advice and reassurance over the phone when I've needed it, without making me feel silly or as if I am overreacting. My two boys (Nigel and Pablo) went in to be castrated yesterday, which I was really nervous about. Although I am grateful for everyone, I particularly thank nurse Claudia (cat lady?)🤣 enough for being so kind, funny, gentle and reassuring throughout the whole process including their pre-op. She absolutely made me feel so much better and I am sure my boys too. I knew from meeting her that they would be in safe and genuinely compassionate hands which is everything when you hand your babies over to be treated. I was particularly worried as Nigel wasn't as straightforward and needed more complex surgery for an undecended B***. The team reassured me that they would call me when he was awake which they did, but also that I could call at any time for an update which made me feel so much better. The team have been completely transparent and informative from the start. They have told me pricing and what to expect every step of the way. Thank you so much!
