  I've been using them for years I got the £99 vac for life for both of my little dogs and always used them for anything like dental care and I was quite happy to continue with them until my 10 year old Yorkie was diagnosed with cushings I paid them over £500 and over £90 for tablets. I was asked to make an appointment for her after 10 days for blood tests again. I phoned and spoke to the nurse and the first words was it's going to be more expensive than last time £339 .55 I said I would pay when I brought her in before her blood tests and she said it's policy we want paying now!! I said all you are interested in is money DON'T YOU WANT TO KNOW HOW SHE IS? no she said we are just booking her in . I said all you want is money you just are not interested in the animals in your care. I am fully insured with the platinum insurance for both my yorkies even if I wasn't I would still pay without insurance. I said my dogs dental treatment last year was going on. £1000 and I immediately paid and when I had extra charges added on for tooth extraction I immediately paid so what's your problem? it's our policy it was clear she didn't like me questioning and having my say on their policy. I ended up hanging up on her because her interest in my dog was purely money. I will still take them for their lifetime vacation because I paid for that but anything else I will be seeking out a vet that will want to care about my pet and ask about her before wanting hundreds of pounds off me .

  Can never complain, always helpful, kind and help all your needs. All paws are welcomed or even advice for any pet you may have. Fast service, many daily deals. Would recommend having a look at there cheap subscription it will help you a lot

  Awful experience. Withheld medication for my dog for nearly a week saying they have none in them they leave me a voicemail saying they have the medication and can collect it the next day to then be told I can’t have it unless I bring my pet in. No communication between any of them and are just a money grabbing organisation.

  Staff are willing to help carry goods to your car. This is a big plus for me having a dodgy shoulder and and a walking stick in my good hand

  I just wanted to thank the whole team for their kindness and care. I have never owned cats before, however the team have been able to give me advice and reassurance over the phone when I've needed it, without making me feel silly or as if I am overreacting. My two boys (Nigel and Pablo) went in to be castrated yesterday, which I was really nervous about. Although I am grateful for everyone, I particularly thank nurse Claudia (cat lady?)🤣 enough for being so kind, funny, gentle and reassuring throughout the whole process including their pre-op. She absolutely made me feel so much better and I am sure my boys too. I knew from meeting her that they would be in safe and genuinely compassionate hands which is everything when you hand your babies over to be treated. I was particularly worried as Nigel wasn't as straightforward and needed more complex surgery for an undecended B***. The team reassured me that they would call me when he was awake which they did, but also that I could call at any time for an update which made me feel so much better. The team have been completely transparent and informative from the start. They have told me pricing and what to expect every step of the way. Thank you so much!
