I just wanted to write a review to say how calm and kind the receptionist was this weekend when I called up very upset that my dog had injured himself. We didn’t end up taking him to blackberry for an appointment however they were super understanding and helpful on the phone.

Dominic was professional and caring with our spaniel when we had to unexpectedly bring her in after a minor accident. She had ripped off a claw and was in considerable distress. He was able to advise us how to care for the injured paw at home with painkillers. Very happy with his treatment and services

This is the best vets ever been with them for 12 years now they know my dog and his history. I can't recommend them enough if I could give 10 stars I would . The picture is Jack my dog, He sadly passed away breaking my heart. BlackBerry Vets showed so much compassion staying late so we could rush him there. The vet and the nurse both waited for us to arrive and stayed long after they should have gone home . The vet sent us a card saying how she knew what Jack meant to us . These people do not see this as just a job it's they're passion, such dedication. I give them the highest recommendation I can. ********************************

I cannot recommend this vets enough. They were recommended to me back in 2010 when we had our first rescue staffie called Annie who loved going to Blackberry vets. Sadly she passed so we have adopted another rescue who isn’t so keen to visit Blackberry due to her anxiety so we are going to book some socialiation visits.
