  All I can say is AMAZING! I've been quite a few times from vaccines to emergency surgeries and everything in-between! And everyone I've met has been friendly and professional and always explained everything and taken Really Great Care of our 3 dogs (none of whom are easy dogs!!!) I have Full Confidence in the Whole Team! I have to say also that Claire head receptionist is REMARKABLE and ALWAYS GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND and has been Truly a MASSIVE help to me with insurance and well, EVERYTHING! She truly is an asset to the team 💗🐾 and Georgia the vet has done a Wonderful Job helping me with my latest Frenchie with multiple problems and tons of sass! But she has helped us so much and we are extremely Grateful. I could go on and name everyone who has met us! You Are All Amazing 😍 Thank you!

  We brought in a hedgehog yesterday (Saturday) having failed to get an appointment at a couple of other vets in the area. We definitely feel we ended up with the right ones as they were so compassionate and considerate both towards the hedgehog and towards my fretting about the outcome. The outcome for the hedgehog is still uncertain but whatever the result I cannot recommend this surgery highly enough.

  Our beautiful border collie Jack went to Rainbow Bridge yesterday 4/2/26. Georgia our vet there was so professional and friendly and she was always so gentle and caring towards Jack. We have been with this practice for a good many years and have nothing but good things to say about them. Georgia was so amazing with Jack.. always. I must also mention all the receptionist s especially Sonia. She is so friendly and kind and professional and is a credit to the practice. Hand on heart we cannot recommend Bennet Williams highly enough. Thank you for everything you did for our Millie (cat) and for our beautiful boy Jack.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We were staying with my husband’s family on Anglesey for the weekend when our dog suddenly came down with a nasty bout of gastroenteritis and was feeling really unwell. We contacted the vets last minute, and they were so kind and accommodating — fitting us in straight away despite being busy. The team were lovely from start to finish, really professional and caring, and put both us and our dog at ease. We’re so grateful for how quickly they saw us and how gentle they were with him. Thank you for looking after her and helping her feel so much better so quickly — we couldn’t have asked for better care!
