We had our rabbit Blackjack referred to Battle Flats from our vets in Rotherham after we found a lump in his private area. We didn't hesitate going here as they have more experience with exotics ( yes a rabbit is exotic). On arrival we had a consultation with vet Mark ,a really nice person. He informed us of everything we needed to know regarding the operation which reassured us that he was in the best hands. The receptionist contacted us as they had said to give us an update on how the operation went. When we finally got to go and get our little man back the veterinary nurse went through all his after care with us . He would need to have 3 and 10 days follow ups which they were more than happy for us to attend our own vets and not have to do the long round trips. Thank you for all of your care and attention with our Blackjack.

Exemplary compassion and care for our rabbit Eadie. I posted a review in Spring which disappeared into cyberspace I Eedie was one of my many rehomed bunnies over 40 years. Arrived mid pandemic a former house bun of immense intelligence attitude and personality. Severe dental issues referred from my York vet she spent two years under the care of Mark and team had a good life with advise,a game plan for happy life care and interejection all the way from a hands on vet plus her human family. A queen of the house rabbits and mistress of the cat who investigated life with her. Probably plus older than stated on rehoming she reached her life's end without fear or pain with Mark. Dignitis care as she trusted him totally. I advise anyone with loved animals carefully choose a vet as you would choose a doctor if choice was there. Rabbits are able to engage and live if a rabbit savvy vet is there and the ownerfamily care.

Our female Harris hawk Pip, is now in the clear having been treated for parasitic worms. This can be a serious problem with the risk of fatality. Obviously a specialist vet with expert knowledge of birds of prey was necessary. We had met Mark Naguib at the Falconry Fair in Helmsley last year, how lucky we were to find him as he is one of the top experts in the country. His care, interest and advice have saved our bird. We live in North Northumberland but our visits were well worth a 300 mile trip. As we know vetinary care can be expensive but in this case, costs were reasonable. Any hawk and falcon owner will need a vet at some point, don't hesitate to contact Mark Naguib and his team. Richard Aspery

From the bottom of my heart I want to thank all the staff at Stamford especially mark for all the care and attention they give to Matty to try and give him the best chance of survival after his anurisum. We lost him today but not for lack of trying and today was just time to let him rest . Thank you so much for just giving us the time we got to spend with him after his opp and and the time today at the end to say our good byes before we let him go. the staff hear care , they was really busy today but still made the room and the time so we could say good buy and put him to rest so we could bring him home. Wouldn't go anywhere else .you guys are amazing thank you soooo much 🥹♥️
