Brilliant Vets always there when you need them. Very considerate regardless of situation. Always go that extra mile
Read on Google →Always a great service here and Ashgrove staff are tentative to your pets needs You can see that they genuinely care for pets who visit
Read on Google →After being a loyal customer for 10 years with my rabbit they carelessly posted her Paw prints and fur to me with no tracking and no proof of posting and have shown a complete lack of care and empathy and have not even offered to help me track this down. Such an important package was apparently sent SECOND CLASS WITH NO RETURN ADDRESS. I am so disappointed with the lack of care. AVOID as they clearly only care about your money and once your pet has passed could not care less.
Read on Google →I am so pleased to have moved to Ashgrove vets. The vet, receptionist and the nurses were all so helpful and supportive working with my very nervous dog. He was so terrified he wouldn’t even go to the door at first but the staff were patient and kind and helped build his confidence each time we visited. Now he loves going, he thinks it's a great fun place to be and he gets treats. Thanks for your patience Ashgrove, you've made me a much more confident dog owner because I now feel he'll be fine if he ever needs your care.
Read on Google →Honestly , this vets practice has been beyond exceptional . They have been the best possible care givers to our dog during a surgery , and their aftercare has been beyond compare . Vet practices are so over worked , and their jobs are so challenging and emotionally hard . And yet every step of the way during this they have been caring , involved , and frankly patient with a overly obsessed dog mum who worried constantly about his recovery. I could not recommend or thank them enough for their care for Dusty . Their honesty , including their vet Kevin honesty about his capabilities and recommending a specialist at a time when they are being pushed cost wise was a testimony to their desire to do the best for the animals in their care. We are lucky to have them as our vets, and I could not be more grateful for the considerations they have given us as we worried about about our baby . It is worth noting that was a challenging recovery but a standard surgery, and yet as we were so worried about our boy they never made us feel ridiculous, despite the fact they are dealing with life altering animal emergencies every day.if you need a good vet in the Aberdeen area you could not do better
