Read on Google →Avoid. Gave my dog 4x the dose of (preventative) wormer for a pregnant dog, 5 days before you are meant to start worming in pregnancy. The reason for lower dose in pregnancy seems to be risk of being teratogenic. Now 3 of the puppies were born with limb deformities and I can't help wondering if that was why. Regardless, it was the incorrect dose so a medication error and we didn't get much caring or apology when in was mentioned by me at a checkup. Also, I feel like this is more of a large animal vet and not ideal for pet dogs. One of the vets we saw was quite rough, lifting her up by the front paws to see her surgical wound, and there were never any treats and patting. Now the dog is scared of the vets which she wasn't before so we are working on that with a different practice we moved to. She's a really obedient pet dog and they could have just asked her if they wanted her to do something.
