Arden Vet House in Greenford (and the Ruislip hospital) cared for my dog Leo for his entire 18.5-year life. From the moment I brought him in as a tiny puppy in February 2006, right through to his very last day in September 2024, they were our lifeline. Whenever Leo needed anything – routine check-ups, vaccinations, the occasional scare or accident, or even the time he was attacked by another dog while bravely defending our home, Arden were there for us, calm, professional and kind. Leo always recovered with ease under their care. We never used pet insurance and always paid out of pocket, but I can honestly say the peace of mind Arden gave us was priceless. Thanks to their vets and nurses, Leo never suffered with any serious age-related problems and enjoyed a full, happy, and comfortable life. When the time finally came to say goodbye, Arden handled everything with such compassion and respect. My brother had to carry Leo in for cremation because I couldn’t bear it, and even afterwards, they looked after his ashes for weeks until I was ready to collect them. Being able to spread his ashes with my family in Ravenor Park meant the world to us, and Arden made that possible. I think about Leo every day, and no dog will ever replace him. I may never need to use Arden Vet House again, but I will always be grateful to them for the way they looked after Leo and supported my family for nearly two decades. Thank you, Arden Vet House, for making his life and mine so much smoother.

I am very cautious about the doctor's opinion in this place. I usually consult with another veterinarian and the opinion I received here often does not agree. Sometimes I have the impression that the approach of doctors is very dismissive and for us animal owners these things are sometimes very stressful and not always pleasant.the costs of some treatments and visits are probably overstated because in other places there are completely different and lower prices for the same services. I had a very pleasant experience with the ladies at the reception desk. They are very nice, friendly, and helpful.

We have taking multiple pets here over 20 years and the place has really gone downhill. Reception staff are incredibly rude and not for the first time. Vets are always a different person so it’s hard to build rapport. The services are also overly expensive. We’ll be looking to change vets.
