So happy with the care our cats receive from Apollo, Daniel who we have seen a few times is thorough and explains everything really well you can see he has a real passion for animal care and that reflects every visit we trust his opinion and knowledge implicitly and this makes for a stress free visit as we know our cats are in safe hands. Phone is always answered promptly when you ring and everything is explained thoroughly couldn’t ask for more in all honesty we’ve had a great experience with Apollo Vets and appreciate their care and guidance

From start to finish this practice was amazing! The welcome in Reception was warm and friendly. The consultation rates amongst one of the best we have ever experienced, fully explained and handled with care for our elderly dog. This practice made us feel so good about taking her, nothing seemed too much trouble for them, with the vet answering our many questions with such patience. Thank you for taking care of our old girl - would recommend you in a heartbeat.

After a paniced call regarding our cat Joey, they were able to give us a slot withing 30 mins (obviously dependent on how busy they are, but they do try their best if its urgent) From start to finish the atmosphere was upbeat and friendly. Lovely lady vet knew what it was as soon as she saw him. Asked permission to shave a small area, explained what we were seeing, ran through treatment needed, gave injection for pain relief, inflamation and antibiotic without him flinching and told us each stage of treatment before moving on. We never felt rushed even though it was a last minite appointment. Price was a little bit of a surprise at first but concidering what needed to be done, medication used and medication to go home along side the normal appointment cost I can understand why (our bill was itemised so easy to see what we were paying and why) In fairness we hadnt needed to go to the vets in a long while so that was partly why I was surprised lol. But honestly, the vet was so caring and knolegeable the whole process put us at ease, we left much happier than we went in! Fantastic vet lady who did what she had to do whilst showing our cat both respect and kindness, wouldnt hesitate to recommend
