  We cannot thank the team at Anwell enough, especially Alex. After a phone consultation regarding our cat, Kamil, Alex suspected a potential heart condition and arranged an appointment for us straight away. Thanks to Alex’s quick action, our cat was assessed without delay and referred to RALPH, the specialist centre recommended to us. The team there were also excellent and were able to help Kamil breathe more comfortably and start treatment as soon as possible. Throughout a very stressful time, we felt supported, listened to and genuinely cared for. We are incredibly grateful for the professionalism, compassion and dedication shown by Alex and the entire team.

  Always a caring, friendly, professional and knowledgeable interaction with anyone from Anwell. We got so lucky our local veterinary surgery is as good as this and still indépendant from the huge conglomerates destroying the UK Veterinarian market. My Rescue JRT is nervous and scared especially of men but this has never been an issue and everyone there treats each pet as if this was their own. Their handling of the owners is equally as compassionate. I could ramble on for pages about each positive experience we have had over the few short years since we rescued our pup but I shall simply say this practice is an absolute gem. Nothing seems to be too much trouble and I am glad my best friend has Anwells looking after him. Thank you to everyone at Anwell Veterinary Centre.

  Great little private vet surgery. Easy to make appointments. Our cat had been coming for pass 16 years. Very well look after. She passed away last month & Anwell arranged for private cremation & look after her to very end. Thank you for your care & understanding.

  Registered my basset with Anwell 3 weeks ago He’s fear reactive Had an appointment with Greg last week so they could get to know him; they let him explore every inch of the surgery, spent time just watching him, listening to me, examined him, the whole time making it a positive experience. Tonight we were back for a nail clip, which has been in the past an incredibly stressful experience. Again, time was taken, the whole process wasn’t rushed or abandoned half way through as previous vets have. Another positive experience. Can’t thank Greg and his team enough, to find an independent vet, one that is confident, doesn’t rush and puts the animals first is so refreshing! Thank you so much

  We have has Anwell as our Vets for over 12 years and could not recommend them enough. They have always taken such good care of our pets and treated them like their own. All of the team are extremely lovely and genuinely care, and cannot thank them enough for all their care over the years.
