  Bobby payed a visit yesterday for his checkup and vaccination. He was given a thorough check up and was very confident in his visit He was very polite with the vet and loves to get a fuss. He was extremely good for his checkup and come out of the room very happy after his health check. Bobby celebrated his birthday yesterday to He is a very healthy 6 Yr old frenchie who is enjoying life .

  My husky kaiser has been here for almost 14 years … last week he was super unwell , Claire was so compassionate she came out to our car and assisted with kaiser straight away within a few hours he was home and resting with medication - I can’t fault the care or customer service by all a big thank you to Claire for her professionalism and human touch at such a stressful time it meant a lot ❤️

  This place is just amazing, feel very lucky to have these wonderful people look after my pooch when she's not doing her best! From the moment you walk in the receptionists are always extremely friendly and on hand to help with anything you may need! We have been a few times with our poorly pup, and 4 anesthesias/operations later I'm more thankful and grateful to these vets than ever! They always look after my dog to the highest standards, any incisions have healed wonderfully and been so neat. Any worries I've had they have answered every question and listened to every single word. The communication is amazing with everyone we have met here. Receptionists, nurses, surgeons, you name it we have probably met them and they have always treated us with kindness and respect and always shown the care and love to our girl as though she was their own! Thank you for always being amazing Andale! I hope we don't have to come back for anymore surgeries, but if we do I always know my girl is in safe hands ❤️
