  We cannot thank the vet Fiona and the team who went above and beyond to save our 8 year old chihuahua yesterday. The love and care they gave her was exceptional, from recognising how ill she was to sitting in the crate with her for hours post surgery to ensure she was safe. We honestly cannot thank or recommend them enough 💕

  Wonderful staff, understanding, kind and sympathetic when I had to have my rabbit put to sleep out of hours. Dealt with my insurance for me as well. Lovely people and my bunny went to sleep peacefully because of them.

  Not happy at all phoned today at 2:30pm to be told no vets were in so to call the emergency vet who is literally in the same building. That cost me £150 to even talk to someone. Why there are no vets on site at a Vets at 2:30pm makes no sense to me. Not sure what the point in being registered at a vets if just going to be sent to the desk opposite anyway. Also not one person acknowledged my pet at any time or myself who was sat in waiting area distressed. Thought they were meant to care

  Always a warm welcome and a professional attitude when dealing with any pet, no matter whether the visit is routine or an emergency. Having been in the emergency situation 2 years ago I can honestly say everyone at Alphavet did everything humanly possible to save my Boy. Thanks again to you all especially Dr Dana and her able assistant Dr Ellie for going above and beyond on that very sad weekend. Xx
