Several years ago I got my rescue cat from there. C112 - a piece of a character! Recently changed his vets due to more convenient location. Alma Square Vets always responded promptly when my cat was in need. I'd recommend them.

Rosie the vet got to the bottom of Ruby my cats overlicking in just one appointment. We haven’t been able to get a diagnosis for about 2 years but Rosie instantly thought she had Thyroidism which we confirmed with a blood test. Ruby is finally on the mend and becoming her own self again her fur has just about grown back now she’s on medication and putting weight back on. Forever grateful to Rosie such a lovely, caring vet thank you for everything you’ve done for my Ruby.

We have just moved here with our Bichon Frise. Went for a checkup. Kimberley immediately made us welcome with grace and charm. Amy, the vet, was super knowledgeable and reassuring! We feel incredibly lucky to have joined such a great practice! 🙏💃🕺🐩

We would like to say a huge thank you to Alma vets and in particular to Amy & Karen. We came to Scarborough with our elderly Jack Russell and sadly her health took a turn for the worse. Our dog was seen immediately having suffered a heart attack in our hotel. Sadly, she couldn’t be saved, however, Amy and Karen were absolutely outstanding in their care, attitude and compassion both toward us and Cass. Both Amy & Karen were superb, they were so professional and empathetic. We are so grateful for what you did for Cass, and us.

This vet is fairly new to me (last year) .During the summer(2022) my oldish cat Kit took suddenly ill. The vet was extremely helpful and after 4 visits and various treatment it was found Kit had very aggressive cancel. In the space of a week Kit lost half his weight and became untreatable. During this loss the vets were incredibly sensitive at his loss after 18 years of his life. I now have a young puppy Pomsky which I have no worries under their guidance. Join their health pet scheme which is a great bonus financially.
