  We’ve had a great service from All Creatures treating our special dog Chester for 13 1/2 years. Unfortunately we said our good byes last week and the team at Windsor Dr made it much easier for us as a family. The time everyone dreads is making that decision and it helps to have a sensitive team around you to make it a little bit less stressful. They changed their diary to accommodate us and provide continuity of care for Chester and arranged the vet Felia and Fay who Chester knew well to be present. This made him feel more at ease than having a stranger. We also had the surgery to ourselves so we could privately grieve. The whole process was calm and it was carried out with professionalism and compassion. I highly recommend All Creatures. A picture of our gorgeous boy ❤️

  Compassion in a crisis—forever grateful to Kate and the team ​I cannot thank the team at All Creatures Clinic enough for the kindness they showed me and my 11-year-old Lab, Whiskey during a terrifying emergency. ​Before calling All Creatures Clinic, I reached out to several other vets in the area. Because we weren't registered with them, they were cold, dismissive, and completely unhelpful—even while I was weeping on the phone. It was heartbreaking to be turned away when my boy was doing so poorly. ​Then I called All Creatures Clinic and spoke to Kate. The difference was night and day. She didn't just take my details; she genuinely listened and cared. She heard my panic and immediately took charge of the situation. Recognizing how unwell my dog was, she didn't hesitate—she got us a same-day emergency appointment and told us to come in right away. ​I will never forget the empathy Kate showed me that day. It is rare to find a clinic that puts the pet’s wellbeing above bureaucracy. If you are looking for a vet that truly cares, I cannot recommend All Creatures Clinic enough. Thank you, Kate, for being our lifeline when we needed it most.

  Great vets. Been going to this practice for over 20 years and our dogs have always had the best attention/advice. It stills feels like a family run vets, where the primary concern is solely the animal's welfare. Can't stand that corporate vibe that seems to be everywhere these days, where its mainly about making huge amounts of money.
