The ladies/vets here were so friendly, helpful and accommodating of our dog’s needs. Our dog isn’t great with strangers and they didn’t treat us any differently and were eager to help find a solution and make our pup better. They made us feel very seen, heard and understood. Would highly recommend these vets 👍

Whilst on holiday in Suffolk our beloved Spaniel was feeling a little sorry for himself after a little too much fun in the sea and causing himself a case of swimmers tail. I telephoned the surgery and was able to talk to a very professional and friendly vet nurse on the phone who immediately booked an appointment for less than 2 hrs later. Upon arrival at the surgery, and in a busy morning in between Christmas and new year Fred and I could not have been better looked after. A short time later, after some painkillers and advice we left the surgery, reassured by the lovely vet Greg that Fred would be back on form in no time but knowing that they would be there if we needed them at all. I will always choose an independent vets, and Aldebrough Vets is a perfect example of what a vets should be. Thank you all for looking after all of us on our holidays!

I would give 10 stars if I could. My dog had a nasty flare up whilst we were staying in Aldeburgh, more than three hours away from our home. I did not know anyone there And hoped That alderburg vet would be able to help us through this. I contacted them and got a fast appointment. Greg was the veterinarian that we saw and oh my gosh, did he deliver. I have been to multiple vets around england in my time but working with greg absolutely came top of the list without a doubt. Punctuality, professionalism, emotional intelligence both with the human and the dog, patience, attention to detail, made himself available even on his day off, went The extra mile to ensure my boy was transported safely as I couldn't carry him myself, kind ... honestly the list goes on. I had half a mind to move there Just so that my boy could be continuously treated by greg. The most important part and I do feel emotional as I write this, is that, in a way, I feel like greg saved my dog's life. He reviewed his treatment and saw beyond the problem at the time and explored What my boy's life would be in the future. Not just at that very moment. Thanks to this treatment change that I am now exploring with my vet here at home there is hope that my boy will live a longer and happier life. We had to extend our stay in Aldeburgh because my dog was not well enough to travel. Greg examined my boy each day until we left and even after. I have thanked him more times then he is probably comfortable with, but honestly it's not enough. He made what was a very stressful and painful time for both my dog and I, into something that was manageable And hopeful. The other services there were really good as well. From the staff at the reception to the lady who sent me the invoice. All professional kind and clean work. The facilities are also kept clean. I was allowed to come and visit my boy as he's had to stay a full day there. Not only was it clean but I saw that they had tucked him in really well with a lovely christmas blanket. Thank you Aldeburgh Vets. And Greg, I can only hope that you'll want to move to windsor and practice here :)

We recently moved to the area, and after a brief period with another vet and upon recommendation of a family member, we now take our cat Freddie to Aldeburgh Vets. Thankfully our cat enjoys good health most of the time, but on the times he has needed some medical help, we have found Aldeburgh Vets to be great. The reception staff are really friendly, and the vets we have seen (we saw Bronwen today) have been highly professional, attentive and genuinely caring. Highly recommended!
