  Friendly, helpful and efficient reception team, kind, very capable and knowledgeable consultation. Very happy dog and owner! Have been going to Harts for over 20 years and care has been consistently excellent. Would definitely recommend.

  Sadly after many many years at this practice we have registered to another local vets who are still privately owned. We have aways advocated Harts vets and its was super under the ownership of Claire and Ian Hart with a very personal service. Our pets got to know the vets and were confident visiting. Since being sold on this is not the case, never the same vet, in one year we have seen 3 different vets none of whom know our pets and its become stressful on each return. I am sure this works for some but not us. I am also saddened that with such a long registration there were NO questions why we were leaving their care for 4 pets. I guess its a number game now and all about profit.

  I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful, And the vet who saw my dog was really good with her. She had no problem giving the vaccination. Absolutely no reaction from my dog and she got a little treat for behaving herself. I am very with the service and would recommend The Hart Veterinary centre to anyone with a pet.

  I've got a love for english bulldogs so I'm a 'frequent flyer' at Hart vets. They take such wonderful care of thier patients (and thier humans) and really get invested in their best outcomes. It never feels like youre just the next appointment. The knowlege there is a 24/7 emergency hospital that knows your pet is also such a reassurance.

  Harts is very close to where I live. I have been with harts since the 1980s. You always get a warm greeting when you arrive. The staff have been so good with all of my golden retrievers and my Yorkshire terrier. They are all outstanding. I would recommend Harts to all my friends.
