We always receive the best of care from the staff at the Summerfields branch of Woodcroft. The staff here really understand your pets and what is important to you are their owner and care giver and listen carefully to make sure your animal receives the best care and experience. Alex the vet nurse is a firm favourite of ours - her gentle and calm nature means our dog and cat relax as best they can in a stressful environment and we always leave with a wagging tail and a happy meow.

Lovely, calm and friendly. Plenty of apt time to discuss concerns. Waiting room not full of barking dogs. Tracy very welcoming and friendly as was Aislinn who was very gentle with my cat. Aislinn is very caring of both the animal and the person. I know from the past that Aislinn is very good at delivering bad news in a caring way and guiding through to best option. I feel any animal is in safe hands at woodcroft.

I would like to say a big thank you to Sara, the receptionist at Wilmslow Branch, who assisted me during a very difficult time with my lovely cat Leo. She was amazing—kind, caring, and incredibly supportive throughout. Thank you, Sara, for everything you’ve done. It truly made a difference.
