I recently joined, they’ve seen my cat a few times, they’ve been very knowledgeable and helpful. I’ve also joined the VIP club so it helps to lower the cost of flea and worm treatments as well as the boosters. Thank you :)

I've been with this vet for years but was quite frankly shocked at the reception I received when asking for help with a stray cat. She appeared in our garden approx 4 months ago in a bad way, she doesn't have a chip and we discovered she was pregnant. She has since had a baby kitten. We have put her on every lost and found site we can find, with no response at all. I am willing to register as her new owner and asked Windmill to help by running their own checks and then neuter and chip her for me, but they wouldn't return my call and when I did speak to them they refused to help in any way.

After my cat passed away in her sleep I cannot praise the staff more they were very helpful and kind and showed genuine feelings for me and my family and at a time where vivid restrictions apply they did s fantastic job and even sent a card of condolence to our house which meant a lot I knew I was handing Jess over on a final journey in trusted hands
