  Willows staff starting at reception are extremely helpful, we have two Frenchies and they aren’t a fan of the vets but everyone does their best to make the visit less stressful. We like to see the same vet to build a trust and they always make sure that this happens. This visit was a six monthly check up so we saw a nurse. Romeo refuses to let the nurse anywhere near his face so eyes, teeth and ears are a no no but the nurse persevered and carried on and everything was ok. I really wouldn’t go anywhere else.

  My Paterdale puppy had developed sores between his hind legs, possibly from the long grass he loves to explore in. But he wouldn't let me check him, and kept washing himself. I was concerned and rang Willow at Newport Pagnell who arranged an urgent appointment the same afternoon. When he was examined he was found to have several sores, the vet prescribed a spray for the affected area . Since she did the initial Treatment he has not wanted to wash/ lick the area, and seems a lot happier He will need daily Treatment for 5 days. Everyone was so kind, his examination and treatment prompt. I came away knowing my little man was going to be ok. Reassured by taking him, l was ensuring he was not going to be suffering. I trust Willow Vets and all their staff completely and highly recommend them.

  Extremely grateful to Dr Wendy Normanton and the team at Willow Veterinary Centres, Newport Pagnell. My parrot Milco suddenly became unwell in the evening, and I was extremely worried, especially as it was very close to closing time. Despite this, Dr Wendy Normanton and the team kindly stayed late to see him. Dr Wendy was calm, gentle, and truly compassionate. She quickly identified the problem and immediately gave him medication. After taking it, his condition improved noticeably, which brought me great relief during a very stressful moment. Thank you so much for your kindness, dedication, and genuine love for animals. Highly recommended.

  We’ve had a fantastic experience with Willow over the past 17 years. From the very beginning, both my pet and I have always been treated like old friends, which makes such a difference. The team consistently goes above and beyond to find the best and most cost-effective solutions whenever any issues arise. Their advice is always thoughtful, and they genuinely care about both the animals and their owners. It’s been great to see how the practice continues to grow and develop its range of services while maintaining such excellent customer care. They are always ready to offer support and guidance when needed. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

  The staff are experienced and the service is good. I had a booking and still There was a bit of a delay, though, which was slightly disappointing .
