Read on Google →1st time at wildside this morning for my Ronnie 🐶 he is a very nervous dog but the lovely lady was brilliant with him, very patient and I felt at ease straight away. I definitely made the right call switching to use! Thankyou!
Read on Google →I can't thank our vets enough for the exceptional care they’ve given to my nervous spaniel. From the very beginning, they’ve been incredibly empathetic—not just towards my dog, but towards me as well. They’ve gone above and beyond by allowing us to do desensitisation visits, which has made a huge difference in helping my spaniel feel more comfortable at the clinic. Every appointment is handled with genuine care and patience. The team takes the time to understand my dog’s needs, and their calm, compassionate approach has helped reduce a lot of our anxiety around vet visits. I’ve always felt supported and listened to, and it means the world to have a vet team that truly cares. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a kind, professional, and understanding veterinary practice. I'm very grateful to have them looking after my dog.
Read on Google →Brilliant service, staff was wonderful and caring towards my kitten and looked after her on her very first visit to a vets. Building amazing and well decorated with very good facilities. Will definitely bring her back. Definitely recommend bringing your pets here
Read on Google →Have had nothing but brilliant service since Kate and the team opened. I have 5 guinea pigs, 3 of which have been under general anaesthetic and recovered very well despite the high risks involved. Most notably, we took Maria to get spayed as she was struggling with cysts. Due to Maria eating her stitches she ended up having to be put under again 24 hours later. Despite Kate warning us that if Maria did survive another op, she would probably get peritonitis, we went ahead. Thanks to the amazing work of Kate, the speed in which she reacted to our problem and the overall care she received, Maria not only survived but 6 months later is thriving. Most vets don't take small pets particularly seriously, or simply don't have a lot of knowledge of them and treat them as disposable, this really isn't the case at wildside. 🙂 P.s last week we took Josie in for emergency treatment, once again received amazing treatment (shes the dark one in the picture, 24 hours after surgery to remove a polyp)
