Just to say thanks to Fraser the Vet, nurses and reception staff for doing their best for our little sensitive Persian cat, Bettie. I trust Fraser’s judgment and skills, the nurses (sorry , forgot names!) seem very caring, and reception staff (Jackie and team) managed to make time to squeeze us in last minute for problems.

Lola loves going to the vets and she gets lots of attention from the vet and all the staff. I highly recommend White Cross, they take great care, listen and explain everything. 5* practice.

Called just before 2pm on tue to book Skye in to look at wound that was not healing with treatment we were doing at home. Got me in foe 2.30. One happy puppy who got to see all the wonderful staff, was treated like Princess and was so at ease she let them check her over treatments given, not so happy withe the cone of shame but that's a small price to pay for the care and love they gave her.

Always assured of a friendly welcome and professional care for your pet. The staff treat your animal as if it was one of their own with compassion and loving care. Jackie on reception makes you feel at ease and answers any questions you may have or finds out off the vets if she doesn’t know herself. Our cavapoo, Bella, is being treated for diabetes and her eye sight is failing. She is being treated by Fraser and sometimes Imogen, who both are professional but are friendly and reassuring, keeping you informed of treatment and progress of Bella’s condition. All the staff seem to be the same, really caring for your pet and ensuring they get the best treatment possible.

Rude, blunt receptionist with no compassion or empathy at all who was on the phone chasing me to settle our bill for our 11 month old dog who was put to sleep only a few hours previously. Pressured me to make payment even though she knew I was abroad at the time and trying to wrap my head around the fact we had just lost our loved family pet at such a young age. Most probably the same receptionist who when my father rang to get him in earlier as he was deteriorating left him thill 17:15pm. Then even after examination, knowing the symptoms were potentially life threatening they sent him home with a pain killer and an anti sickness to suffer even more. When they did finally operate the following day, after he had an x ray er received a phone call to say they had found the blockages and to see if we wanted them to carry on because the cost of sending him to intensive care would run into the multiple thousands, the bill was already £2.5k. Within a few minutes of that phone call the vet rang again to say they couldn’t fix the problem and the only option was to let him go. This place is owned by a private equity firm that own over 2500 practises in Europe and America. The service is terrible and they will always put profit over care. I would avoid the place like the plague. The turnover of vets alone is troubling. We lost our young family dog and I don’t know if the outcome would’ve been any different if they had acted faster but I would’ve liked to have been given the opportunity to find out. Sleep tight Pablo!
