Sadly our first encounter with this vets was to have our beloved dog put down during a home visit. However, we can't praise them highly enough for the gentle and caring way the vet and vet nurse (sorry, can't remember your names, I was too upset at the time) dealt with our dog and us. They were so kind, unobtrusive and gave us the time and space we needed. Superb. Thank you

We brought our young dog in on a Saturday lunchtime, suspecting she had eaten a ball that morning. Everyone’s efforts, from swift scans and X-rays right through to lengthy Saturday afternoon surgery contributed to a textbook recovery, with a neat incision healing perfectly, tucked away initially in the very soft and cosy West Ridge bodysuit which she loved. We’re very aware the fact it went so well was due in no small part to Marcella's and Claire's prompt decisions, advice, treatment and care - as is the fact that she still thinks a vet trip is like going to a party. It was a weekend, on top of everything else - it is the job to an extent, but everyone’s efforts still felt above and beyond, if entirely representative of the excellent care and expertise all our animals have been shown in the relatively short time we've been clients.

Phoned the lovely reception team at Westridge (Witheridge) after finding my cat injured. Within an hour the fantastic Claire had assessed my cat and sent me on my way with some meds and assured me he would be okay. Cannot rate the whole team highly enough! Fantastic vets, would not go anywhere else. 5*
