  Impressive facilities with ample parking round the back. All the staff are great - the vets, assistants and receptionists. They were great when I had to book an emergency appointment on a Sunday and turned up filled with anxiety about my daughter's cat. They calmed me and helped the cat. I also love the separate cat waiting room!!

  I can’t thank the team at West Bar Vets enough for the care they gave Woodey after he badly cut his neck. From the moment I called, everyone was professional, calm, and reassuring. They saw him straight away, treated him promptly, and expertly stitched him up. The whole team was compassionate, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about Woodey’s wellbeing. Their quick action and excellent treatment made a stressful situation much easier to deal with. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a trustworthy veterinary practice. Lovely staff and outstanding care from start to finish. Thank you again for looking after Woodey so well!

  My mavric dachshund who is nearly 6yrs old got diagnosed diabetic jan this yr and been seeing sophie. She is amazing helping me through everything and teaching me how to inject his insulin 2 times a day. Today i saw sophie tuesday the 12th may because friday just gone i noticed white patches over his eyes and sophie said its cataracts and my heart is broken cause i feel like a bad furmum due to the operation cost i cant afford but sophie was amazing as always. I 1st went to west bar vets in 1994 and wouldnt go anywhere else polite caring receptionists and vets and nurses a massive thank you to you all from all my furbabies x

  Really happy with the treatment and attention out elderly cat receives. Jess gives him time and answers all our questions. We have moved to this practice from another one in Banbury and are so glad we did . I'd absolutely recommend it.

  I cannot recommend West Bar Clinic highly enough. The care, professionalism, and compassion shown by the entire team made an extraordinary difference to both me and my pet, Pumpkin. Quite simply, she would not be alive today if it weren’t for the expert judgment, dedication, and support of the vets and veterinary specialists here. During an incredibly stressful and emotional time, the staff were not only highly skilled but also kind, patient, and reassuring. I always felt listened to, supported, and confident that Pumpkin was receiving the very best care possible. I am only moving to another practice due to a change in my job location and needing something closer to home not because of any dissatisfaction. I will always be deeply grateful to West Bar Clinic and would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional veterinary care.
