  Welcoming staff, the receptionist is always so friendly and you never feel your appointment is rushed. The vet has taken the time to get to know me and my dogs and I really trust their advice. So glad to have found this independent vets. Highly recommend

  Both my cats from kittens come here and I couldnt feel any more better for knowing they are safe and in good hands. Staff are friendly. 1 of my cats are unique and staff supported me through options. Communication is top form here and I wouldn’t go elsewhere.

  "I don’t usually leave reviews, but everyone here is so friendly and welcoming that I felt I should. It feels really personal and you’re always made to feel at ease. I also really like that you can see the same vet each time if you want, which makes such a difference. You never feel rushed and it’s clear they genuinely care. Would definitely recommend."

  Rachel Caplan has been my vet and looked after both of my dogs, for several years. The continuity of a relationship with the professional who takes care of your most loved pets, is paramount to me. She is always so empathetic and kind with a pragmatic approach, which I greatly appreciate. Communication is always open and honest. I feel 100% confident in her judgement and now that my dogs are both in the later stages of their lives, this is so important to me. A well deserved 5 star review.

  I recently had a few appointments every single one of them was rescheduled to a different date or time, on one occasion the were meant to call back but didn’t. On the day of the appointment 40 min waiting time. When asked about the cost of the standard op prior to booking it I was told the price to then be surprised 2 weeks later that the cost is 30% higher. To one of the appointments I was told at the door by the owner that I cannot come in as I don’t wear a mask (no masks required by law for 1 year). Receptionist rescued the situation at the time. Anyhow this was the last time they saw me and my doggy.
