The only way I can assess the quality of a vet and their support team is through my, very intuitive, dog. I wouldn't say it's her favourite place to visit however she no longer avoids going in the door, she walks in head high and tail wagging. She no longer cowers & shakes in the waiting area and she even had a wee tail wag while in her check up with the vet. So, I reckon I'm safe giving it a high score from her - let's face it it's her opinion that really matters 😉 From a human side, booking appointments is easy, I get automatic appointment & tick meds due reminders. The staff seem to genuinely care and listen to my observations and we have a conversation about what's best for Willow. The practice is easy to find, simple and clean inside. Not many parking spaces at their door but plenty in the immediate vicinity Highly recommend this vet practice
