  I had no choice but to have my beautiful cat simba put to sleep at vets now in pboro last weekend. Not only was my cat seen immediately, I had everything explained to me professionally and sympathetically. We were dealt with in the best way possible in such an awful scenario and I am very grateful. The vets did paw prints for us, gave us a small bottle of my simbas fur, and have since sent out a letter with flower seeds to plant in his memory. I’m very impressed with how much compassion they have shown and again I am beyond grateful. If all their services are like this, I highly recommend them. Thank you to all the staff

  We would like to give a shout out to Samantha who saw our cat on a Saturday night, she really gave lots of care and attention, was knowledgeable and we felt very much at ease leaving our cat in her care over night too. Although it is costly we would pay anything to have our cat feeling better. That’s what Pet insurance is for at the end of the day! We haven’t given 5 stars as following on from the care received over night and early morning our cat was in for a further 12 hours and we weren’t updated much about our cats progress, we appreciate it was a busy period it being a bank holiday at the time, we just felt there was a difference from Samantha’s care the previous day. And we made the choice to bring him home earlier than suggested. Thank you nonetheless for your care for our Henry! He’s doing amazingly following on from this! 🐈

  We took my Scottie after she managed to hurt her paw in the garden (ripped her nail clean out, which was very frightening to us). She was seen very quickly, and thankfully, she was okay. The staff were very nice, kind and reassuring. The vet nurse looked her over and decided that she was okay and did not need further treatment, which meant that we weren’t charged even though they could’ve charged us for the consultation! They gave us good advice on how to look after her following this. We were so glad we brought her in for peace of mind. Would highly recommend!

  I took my dog to Vets Now Peterborough (Byre veterinary surgery)after he had diarrhoea, was not himself, and had stopped eating and drinking. This started on Friday. I waited a day to see if he improved, but by Saturday he was no better and I had a strong feeling something was seriously wrong. Before admitting him, I was told a blood test was required. The emergency vet performed blood tests and told me the results were “clear.” I was reassured that my dog was fine, not dehydrated, and that he only had a fever and high temperature. The vet, Natalia,gave him an injection of Prevomax and 5mg Metacam, and told me it was good news, that I didn’t need to worry or spend more money, and that my dog could go home. I was also given oral medication (including Pro-Kolin/Prodale) to last until Monday. Despite repeatedly explaining that my dog had not eaten or drunk, I was reassured he was okay. Tragically, my dog died the following day, less than 24 hours after being seen. I am heartbroken. I spent a total of £630.25 and feel deeply let down, misled, and robbed of the chance for proper investigation or treatment when my instincts told me something was very wrong. The vet Natalia kept mentioning how she wanted to save me money and I told her I don’t want to save money I want my dog to be saved. Please do not use this veterinary.

  I am extremely grateful to the Vets Now team for helping my kitten during a very frightening emergency. She arrived collapsed, severely hypothermic and unresponsive, and I truly thought I might lose her. The team provided oxygen, glucose and supportive care, and their quick actions gave her a chance to recover. They were compassionate, professional and honest throughout a very stressful situation. Less than two days later she is eating, using the litter tray, purring and showing signs of improvement. Thank you for giving my little kitten a fighting chance and for the care and kindness you showed us.
